Global Anti Dumping Manual

Ruler
The Global Anti-Dumping Manual is a 400 page textbook on the WTO anti-dumping agreement. The book will be updated at least every month so it will never be more than one month out of date. Most crucially, this means that all Panel and Appellate Body interpretations of the provisions of the anti-dumping agreement will be incorporated into the book. Also important is that the book will explain not only the detail of the law but will also provide intuitive guidance and comments, allowing improved understanding of some of the anti-dumping agreement’s more complex provisions.

The book can be printed out in full version and kept in a file as a handbook. In addition, an html version of the book will also be available on line providing convenient and flexible user functionally for quick queries and references.

The book is written in a style that is accessible to complete beginners and, in fact, is an ideal resource for learning about the subject from scratch. At the same time the book is an in-depth resource and will also be invaluable to experienced practitioners. Quite simply, it will be the best global anti-dumping resource in existence!

The book is currently in production and is almost complete.  It will be finalised and ready to go live in November 2007.
