Ukraine initiates safeguard investigation on mineral fertilizers |

On 3 February 2010 Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade issued a public notice on initiation of safeguard investigation regarding imports to Ukraine of mineral fertilisers containing the three fertilising elements nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium with a nitrogen content exceeding 10% by weight on the dry anhydrous product, regardless of country of origin and export. The product under investigation can be classified under HS code 3105 20 10 00. Interested parties can join the investigation within 30 days from the issuance of the public notice.
