US initiates antidumping and CVD investigations on wire decking |

|
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced its decision to initiate antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on imports of wire decking from China. The US International Trade Commission (ITC) is scheduled to make its preliminary injury determination on or about July 20 2009. If the ITC determines that there is a reasonable indication that imports are materially injuring, or threatening material injury to, the domestic industry, the investigations will continue, and DOC will be scheduled to make its preliminary CVD determination on August 31 2009, and its preliminary AD determination on November 12 2009.
