US - preliminary injury determination on frontseating service valves |

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that there is a reasonable indication that a US industry is materially injured by reason of imports of frontseating service valves from China that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value. As a result of the ITC's affirmative determination, the US Department of Commerce will continue to conduct its antidumping investigation of imports of frontseating service valves from China, with its preliminary determination due on or about August 26, 2008.
