US - preliminary injury determination on HEDP |
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of imports of 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid (HEDP) from China and India that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value. All six Commissioners voted in the affirmative. As a result of the ITC's affirmative determinations, the US Department of Commerce will continue to conduct its antidumping investigations of imports of 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1- diphosphonic acid (HEDP) from China and India, with its preliminary determinations due on or about August 26, 2008.
