US - expedited reviews on garlic and furfuryl alcohol |

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to expedite its five-year ("sunset") review concerning the antidumping duty orders on furfuryl alcohol from China (Inv. No. 731-TA-703 (Third Review)) and fresh garlic from China (Inv. No. 731- TA-683 (Third Review)). As a result of these votes, the ITC will conduct expedited reviews to determine whether revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
