US - ITC will expedite sunset review on silicon metal |

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to expedite its five- year ("sunset") review concerning the antidumping duty order on imports of silicon metal from Russia (Inv. No. 731-TA-991 (Review)). As a result, the ITC will conduct an expedited review to determine whether revocation of the order concerning this product would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
