South Africa initiates anti-circumvention investigation on tall oil fatty acids |

The South African International Trade Administration Commission has initiated an anti-circumvention investigation against Tall Oil Fatty Acids (FOTA) from the USA on 12 June 2009, following the alleged circumvention of the initiation of an investigation into FOTA from Sweden and the subsequent imposition of a provisional payment (not called a provisional duty in South Africa).
