India - anti-dumping duty on styrene butadiene rubber to continue |

The Designated Authority of India has recommended that anti-dumping measures on Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) 1900 series originating in or exported from Japan, Korea RP and USA. should continue. It was concluded that the subject goods are likely to be exported at dumped prices, and there is likelihood of recurrence of dumping and consequent injury to the domestic industry, if the anti-dumping duties cease to operate.
