On February 16, 2010, the Secretary of Trade of Argentina, - by means of Resolution 16/2010, opened an anti-dumping investigation on imports of air conditioners with a capacity equal to or of less than 6,500 B.T.U’s (N.C.M. 8415.10.11, 8415.83.00 and 8418.69.40) from Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam..
