The principal author of antidumpingpublishing.com is Cliff Stevenson, one of the world’s leading experts on anti-dumping with 25 years experience in the field. He served as a trade economist in the UK Department of Industry during the Uruguay Round. Before setting up his own anti-dumping consultancy in 2006, he was for seven years Head of the Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw EU trade practice and Chief Economist in the EU Competition & Trade Group.  He has worked on many complex anti-dumping cases and advised governments on anti-dumping policy including several projects for the European Commission.  He has also been an expert economic witness in court cases and disputes.
